Our Services
Navigating Your Condo Purchase:
Buying a home can be both exciting and stressful. Our aim is to help you determine if your condo purchase is a smart investment. Just as you wouldn’t buy a house without an inspection, having a condo document review is essential for your peace of mind.
How It Works:
We work with your realtor to collect all necessary documents. Once received, we thoroughly analyze the condo’s finances, board governance, repair history, bylaws, and more. You will then receive a straightforward report highlighting the key information you need.
We want you to feel confident in your decision! We’re also available for a phone consultation after you review the report, although most clients find their questions answered.
